Dr. Tankersley and her staff are incredible. I went to them in terrible pain from abscessed tooth and she worked me in, ended up extracting the problem tooth and went above and beyond to take great care of me start to finish. She is a truthful, compassionate person and everyone who helped me GENUINELY care about PEOPLE and it shows in the way they treat their patients. Thank the Lord for Dr. Tankersley and her team!!!!! 🙏
My appointment time was my appointment time! Very professional staff and clean office. My regular dentist referred me for some specialty work and I am pleased. Everyone took their time with me and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I wasn't rushed and was treated with respect at all times. Dr. Tankersly was friendly, represents the consummate professional, and was not hurried. Additionally, the prices for services are fair. I am happy!
Both times I’ve been to the Center everyone was so nice and professional. Today I had a tooth pulled and the experience was very positive. All the people I encountered were congenial and appointment took minimal time. Dr. Tankersley and her staff are super and I would recommend the Center to my family and friends.
I normally don’t do reviews but this one experience has not set well with me. I had two wisdom teeth removed 11/20/2025. I was told I had to pay $666.40 at that time at a prior visit. On 11/20/2025 I paid what was expected. I receive my EOB to see that I was only suppose to pay $337.40. I called the office to only get transferred. I spoke to a lady by the name of Geraldine, who by the way can only send emails to the claims department, to find out that they are now appealing a code that was denied. The code would only give them $20 more. So I called my insurance to find out that I can do a balance billing form which will let my insurance investigate why the office was not refunding me and get my refund for me. Also the lady at the insurance said that the codes they are appealing are not billable codes so they will not get paid for those codes. Geraldine called me back after I informed her of my insurance information to tell me they will partially refund me. The form will be sent to Delta Dental. I will not be doing business with CCOFS again.
I arrived for my appointment, gave me one form for signatures. Sat back down in the waiting room, and almost immediately, I was taken back. As soon as I signed my consent form, the treatment began. The staff were very caring, chatty, but extremely efficient. The doctor came in and the procedure got underway. I’d have to give this office 5 stars
