We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Pham and his entire team during my daughter’s double jaw surgery, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first consultation, Dr. Pham and his staff took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process to both my daughter and me, making sure we felt informed, comfortable, and confident moving forward. In the months leading up to surgery, the team went above and beyond. They coordinated closely with my daughter’s orthodontist to ensure the surgery could be scheduled during a school break, which meant the world to us. Alyssa worked tirelessly with me and our insurance company to try to get the procedure covered. While insurance ultimately denied it, that outcome was absolutely not due to a lack of effort. Once it was denied they helped us figure out the best route for self pay. On the day of surgery, Dr. Pham and his team were nothing short of incredible. They helped ease both my daughter’s nerves and my own, and we felt completely supported and cared for. Recovery from this type of surgery is long and painful, but the nursing team (Tina, Catherine, and Autumn) were phenomenal. They checked on my daughter constantly, answered every question promptly, and were even available after hours when we needed reassurance or guidance. This entire team combines exceptional medical skill with genuine compassion, and that makes all the difference during something as intense as double jaw surgery. We are a little over one month post-op right now and are so grateful for the care my daughter continues to receive and would highly recommend Dr. Pham and his team to anyone needing oral surgery.
Dr. Matthew Pham and his staff were phenomenal!!! Definitely made me feel comfortable for my extraction !!!! When i came in i was soooooo nervous. But they definitely reassured me for comfort ! It was sooo quick and easy ! If you’re needing any extraction or oral surgery, I’d definitely recommend him! Office has a nice clean welcoming feel as well
Such a wonderful experience! The team was wonderful Dr. VanHook, Danielle & Tina RN there are NOT enough words to explain the exceptional performance of them! They cared for me & let me know everything they were doing to me! The mood was set, Danielle made sure that I was comfortable she even asked if i needed a blanket! Tina was so gentle when sticking me almost like it was nature to her. Last but not least Dr.VanHook was wonderful she came in & set the mood with some calming music for me because i didn’t know what i wanted to listen to, she let me know what she was giving me through my IV & she handled me with such gentle care ! The staff overall are so nice & welcoming ! I definitely recommend them for anybody that’s needing Oral Surgery this is the place to go ! WONDERFUL STAFF & ESTABLISHMENT !
My wife and I both have had oral surgeries over our many years together. Dr. Van Hook and staff were fantastic and by far the most caring, knowledgeable, oral surgeons we have ever encountered. I had multiple extractions and am pain free. I recommend this wonderful professional group to anyone needing oral surgery!
The center is very clean. Front desk ladies are nice and patience . The NP was nice, knowledgeable , explained all treatment options and shared imaging with me.she gets an A+. Autum and Rachelle were Excellent The Pregnant RN was kind and had excellent IV skills.Dr Pham Took really good care of me, answered all questions and spoke with my family after the procedure. I highly recommend his office and staff if you need any work done. I also want to recognize Dr. Gentel for referring me.
