After having a bad experience at the dentist, I was referred here to complete my procedure. From beginning to end, the entire staff made me feel at ease and the process was simple. Everyone was extremely friendly. Dr. Kacy Wonder's bedside manner is top notch ! I knew I was in good hands ! Thank you Dr. Wonder and thank you to your team for making this highly anxious patient feel comfortable 😊 Dr. Wonder even called in the evening to make sure I was doing well. I would highly recommend Carolina Center for Oral & Facial Surgery !
After seeing my dentist about some very serious tooth pain, I was referred here. Within 5 minutes of the call I had an appointment for later the same day, which they then followed up on when a cancellation made an earlier time available. The staff were highly knowledgeable and very friendly, and the doctor explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix it in very concise and clear terms, including a full breakdown of associated costs and risks. The fact that I left the office with full confidence that the problem would be addressed later that same week and that no important information had been left out nearly brought me to tears. Can’t possibly recommend their services enough.
I had a great experience with Dr. Wonder and her team! Not long before Christmas I had a dental emergency from a cracked molar that created a bad abscess, resulting in a ton of swelling, constant pain, and feeling sick from the infection. Dr. Wonder’s office was willing to see me quickly and scheduled surgery for the very next day to get the situation resolved quickly. I am so grateful for their quick and caring help. Dr. Wonder even called a couple of times post-surgery to make sure I was doing ok. I highly, highly recommend her and this office.
I am extremely disappointed with this dental office. My initial exam was in January, and since then my treatment appointment has been rescheduled THREE times. First pushed out to May, and now I’m being contacted yet again to reschedule — when the appointment is already almost five months away. This is not a routine cleaning. I have an infected and broken tooth. Delaying necessary treatment for months at a time is not only frustrating, it’s unacceptable. Patients dealing with dental infections should not be left waiting while their appointments are repeatedly moved. I understand that scheduling conflicts happen, but repeatedly postponing care — especially for something this urgent — shows a lack of consideration for patients’ health and time. I cannot recommend an office that cannot maintain its treatment schedule for patients who are in pain and actively dealing with infection.
Great experience! I had Dr. Miyaji take out my top two wisdom teeth. It was the easiest experience I’ve ever had. The staff was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and was extremely helpful in navigating this process. Would highly recommend this office for wisdom teeth removal
