By far this has been the best oral surgeon office I've been too. They are all amazing with me, especially with my situation of my crowns that haven't been put in for 5 years and I'm going on implant number 3 because of my previous dentist! I'm a patient of Dr. Bufalini and his bedside manor and all the staff in general has been a great expierence for me. They are so understanding and accommodating! Dominik has been so patient with me to go over my coverage and explain the ins and outs, Ivanna for always fitting me in and making sure I have everything I need before I leave and making sure i understand everything, Katie for helping me get to my car after getting put under and explaining the after care to my husband and last but not least Dr. Bufalini and his nurse for always being so welcoming and making me feel comfortable especially with me that I have pretty bad anxiety. I 1000 percent recommend this office and Dr. Bufalini because he will do what is necessary in the best interest for the patient. He is very honest and caring and funny too. I'm so grateful of having been recommended to that office and getting my work done there.

My experience was wonderful with Dr. B. I was so nervous but all of the staff, dental assistant and Dr.B made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I didn't even feel the shot and the procedure was fast and painless. My dental assistant was very informative and helped with my questions. The ladies at the desk were so sweet and helpful. I appreciate all the help from Ivanna and Kat. Thank you so much for making my visit pleasant and comfortable. Dr. B is an awesome Dentist and surgeon. Thanks again for everything and making me feel welcomed!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

My experience started at the front desk with Ms Kat and ivana. Super friendly and knowledgeable. On my first Visit Ms Kat got me an appointment very, Had my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. Dr. Bufalini was fantastic- the process was quick most importantly mostly painless, I do not remember anything or had any pain at all. Doc Bufalini assistant was very nice Ms Tammy. Thank you so much everyone. I highly recommend this place for your dental issues. Thank you!

Saw really good reviews which made me not nervous at all to come here! Needed one tooth removed and was a little anxious! The assistant and the surgeon were not personable at all Did not introduce themselves. They maybe said a total of 20 words. They seemed to be on two different pages but both seemed to be in a rush to get my tooth out as if they had something better to do. They did not let me know they were starting after numbing me a bit more, and did not walk me through anything while they were doing it. upon finishing, the surgeon told me to have a good day and walked out, the assistant followed right after and i walked out alone. Only gave two stars because they got the tooth out, the woman working the front desk was sweet, and the financial worker was sweet as well. if it doesn’t feel right, go somewhere else! i’m glad my tooth is out and the front desk called to check on me today (appreciate their compassion) just wish the surgeon/assistant would’ve been the same.

I wish I could write a pleasant review. And in fact I’ve been sitting on this for a while because I’m not a negative review type person unless it’s a big deal! And this definitely falls into that category. I’ll start by saying everyone I talked to was incredibly kind! Booking my appointment, the office staff, and the folks who pulled my tooth. That’s why writing a bad review sucks! 1. Upon booking my appointment I requested to do an IV and be put to sleep. Morning of my appointment I called to confirm I wasn’t allowed to eat or drink—and they said I wasn’t listed for an IV. Luckily, they were able to accommodate the IV anyways—otherwise I would have had to cancel my appointment, because the whole idea of having my tooth pulled while awake is terrifying! 2. My husband, 6 year old, and 1 month old attended my appointment with me. We checked in on time—and was made to wait 45 minutes in lobby. It wasn’t until one of the staff members saw us still sitting there, and was confused, got me back immediately. But then I sat in my operating room for another 30 minutes. This was a big issue for two reasons; one being that it made my anxiety about the tooth pull even worse, and two because my newborn is a breast only baby... And an operation that was only supposed to take 10-15 minutes itself, turned into far longer due to just sitting around! Again, luckily, he slept the entire time. 3. Once my operation was over and the staff was seeing me out, that’s when they must have noticed the new baby. It was only then mentioned I had to “pump and dump” for 24 hours, to my husband (I was delirious and don’t remember this part). So, now my husband is panicking calling around our friend group, trying to find breast milk to use for the next day. How stressful! Luckily, for the third time, we found a hookup. 4. I’ll make this one short; my prescription was never called into CVS. Even when I called CO & FS twice, and left a message, to let them know that. No call back, no follow up to apologize—nothing! I said screw it after a week, and didn’t need them that bad anyways… Again, sweet staff over the phone (when someone answers) and in person! But the rest… what a mess and frustrating experience! Hopefully this review calls for action and change.
