I had such a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed from this office. Kayleigh and Eden were both amazing they made the environment calm and comforting, which really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Bufalini did a great job, and the procedure itself went very smoothly. Even during recovery, the care didn’t stop. When I became worried about dry socket, they got me in as soon as possible and reassured me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Overall, I am dissatisfied with my visit, though my concerns are strictly administrative in nature. No clinical work has been performed to date. First, I was contacted three separate times to confirm my appointment, each time by a different staff member. During the third call, I asked whether it was standard practice to confirm appointments multiple times, as I had already provided confirmation twice. This repetition gave the impression that the office lacks coordination and effective internal communication. Second, the intake paperwork was highly redundant. The same personal information was required to be written multiple times, often on the same form. This felt inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming. Additionally, when checking in, the front desk staff processed my payment and requested my email address in order to send a receipt. I never received the receipt. As this payment was made using an HSA account, the receipt is required for documentation purposes. I am now forced to follow up to obtain it. Given this experience, I would strongly prefer receiving a paper receipt at the time of payment. Third, during my brief conversation with the male dentist, I experienced repeated interruptions. Each time I began asking a question, I was cut off and spoken over. This occurred approximately four times within a three-minute exchange. The interaction left me feeling rushed and undervalued, as though my questions were less important than keeping the appointment moving along. This did not instill confidence or trust. Lastly, while waiting for a treatment estimate, I was informed that preparing it would be time-consuming due to the need to verify coverage with my insurance provider. I was asked whether I could be contacted later, which I agreed to. However, I was also informed that I would need to pay for the 3D X-ray taken during the visit, yet those charges were not collected at that time. It has now been two days, and I have not received any follow-up call regarding the estimate or the outstanding charge. In summary, I am now required to initiate follow-up calls to resolve matters that could have been handled correctly during the initial visit. The overall experience reflected disorganization and poor communication, which is both frustrating and disappointing.

My son came home in pain, and we knew immediately it was his wisdom teeth. We had just gotten new dental insurance and hadn't had a chance to find a new dentist, much less an oral surgeon. I found CO&FSC through my insurance and called them late on a Thursday afternoon. Brooke answered the phone and helped me find my son an appointment the following Monday. The team is kind, friendly, and processed our insurance quickly and provided me with options for payment and a clear understanding of the bill for my son's wisdom teeth surgery (he had four removed). Dr. Bart Farrell was the happiest human I've seen and kind, as well as the rest of the team, from nurses to front desk, billing, and care team. Thanks so much for making something inconvenient and painful a pleasant experience.

Where do I start? The worst possible service. Just try to make a phone call is extremely difficult. After dozens of attempts I got through maybe twice. And leave a message they never return them. I made several trips just to communicate only to waste trip after trip while the internet says they are open. Ad to this the woman at the counter is always rude and has no time for questions. For all these reasons I got the important procedure preformed at a decent Oral surgeon that I gave a 5 star. If I could have given lower than one I would have. They are operating like a business that knows its days are numbered.

I had an excellent experience. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I never knew any pain during the procedure. It was done this morning and the small amount of pain I've had today was quickly taken care of . So glad I went.
