Fast, friendly service. Knowledgeable staff. Doctor is a super cutie who, despite my decades of tooth neglect, mercifully spared me a long lecture. I loved Sophie, even though I think you have to be a sadist to do her job.

The dentist are professional and knowledgeable. However it seems to be luck of the draw when it comes to the hygienist. Before having Invisalign put in all of the hygienist were nice and appropriate. When I revisited because a "button" appeared to have come off, they had difficulty reapplying it. I then overheard one hygienist say to another that due to difficulty in applying a button for my Invisalign that it wasn't worth it after 3 attempts. She then told me she had the same difficulty and her dentist told her it didn't matter. I then questioned what is the point of the buttons and they both just looked at me. The dentist came in and successfully applied the button, I believe. Upon leaving I said thank you to the hygienist whom did not respond. I said thank you again as I was exiting and again was met with no response. I left feeling dismissed and that I was somehow problematic. Not a good feeling after investing $5000 with them.

The dentists and hygienist at this office are great but I have had issues with having appointments booked correctly and communication from the front desk in general. I was very clear about what I needed, and I had it in both writing and in voicemail and somehow my appointment was not booked correctly. In the past, I had to request multiple times for a working link to pay a bill that I never received. overall an incredibly frustrating experience. If I didn’t have such a positive experience with the hygienist and the dentist, I would never come back
