Very welcoming when I checked in, also not a long wait at all, from the time I was roomed Dr. Ben came in right away, very personable and explained all the upcoming possible treatments I am going to need, spent time to explain the video’s on what the procedure will be and why. I was explained how my insurance will work and the timeline this will take before having my procedure, again very personable she is quite an asset to this business, gave me my estimate and then Emailed me a copy, as well as a tentative surgery date. I give them 10 out 10.
Excellent experience today. I highly recommend Carson Periodontics! Dr Ben, expert and efficient, communicative. Great assistant who coordinated beautifully with him. Office runs well, friendly. Clean and organized. Before, during and upon leaving -- such good instruction relative to the molar extraction, bone graft, suturing and recovery. I was in such good hands today. My dignity intact and felt reassured besides. I look forward to getting my implant post. How fortunate to have such a professional team serving the area. Wishing them a great new year, 2026.

I cannot say enough about how great Dr. Bauerle and his staff were in my recent periodontal procedures. They provided thorough estimates and explanations of all the procedures, and I knew what was required and expected at each appointment. Dr. Bauerle was extremely proficient and efficient in each procedure. I experienced very little discomfort even after an extraction and bone graph and missed very little work. I highly recommend Carson Periodontics and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and can personally vouch for Dr. Bauerle's excellent work!
Just had a tooth removed, the first step on an eventual implant. I had travel planned in a couple of weeks and they were able to schedule me promptly and get this taken care of. Dr. Wilcox did a great job and will be doing the implant post after the area is completely healed.
