I had my first visit to this office yesterday. I was greeted by a lovely lady and did not have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Brenengan was fantastic. I have multiple issues with my teeth, and he did a great job of explaining what would need to be done. He did not force all of the treatments on me at once. We are going to start with one area and revisit the others. I appreciated that I was not pressured to do everything at once. Payment was taken after my appointment and I appreciated that. I have been to other offices where I had to pay upfront and that makes me feel like all they care about it getting paid. I really appreciated everyone's hospitality and look forward to being a patient of Cary Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Brenegan and his team for my dental implant procedure. I needed two implants, and I was honestly very nervous because I had a terrible experience with another doctor about a year ago. My appointment was scheduled for 8:50 AM, and I arrived about 15 minutes late, but the staff was incredibly kind and still brought me into the room right away with no issues. Dr. Brenegan and his assistant (I unfortunately forgot her name) explained every step of the procedure clearly, which helped me feel calm and confident throughout the entire process. The whole procedure took less than an hour and a half, and it was much smoother and far less painful than I expected. Dr. Brenegan truly restored my faith that even a difficult procedure like implants can be done with care, professionalism, and without unnecessary stress or worry. I am very grateful for such a great experience and highly recommend him to anyone considering dental implants.
This doctor and staff are absolutely the best. They make you feel as if you are the only patient they have. My experience with them has been an attitude of gratitude. I would recommend them highly
I had a regular cleaning and check-up this past week. Everyone in the office was helpful and extremely polite - a great experience. X-rays were simple and will be forwarded to my regular dentist. The dental hygenist explained everything as she cleaned, and also was very polite and educational.
Not the first time I've been to Dr. Brenegan for an extraction and implant. He's very thorough and specializes in his field. You aren't going to get passed around to other dentists or upcharged for unnecessary services. I absolutely would use Dr. Brenegan again if in need of his services.
