So pleased w my first experience today at Cary Prosthodontics w Dr. Kofford. Luckily my issue was an easy and painless fix (have never gotten to say that in my 60 years of dental issues!). Beyond that, Dr. Kofford and hygienist Shianne actually made it pleasant and educational. I almost want to go back … thankfully I don’t need to. But I do highly recommend them!
We were referred here for my 11 year old daughter that had a chipped back tooth. Dr Kofford and the staff did an exceptional job. They helped make her comfortable with the procedure and executed quickly. Im very grateful and highly recommend.
I just moved to Raleigh and had my cleaning done here with the hygienist and I would always tell my old hygienist and every other one that I would see that I have sensitive teeth because every single time they would hurt. I told Natalia who did it and she said ok let me know if you need a break AND I NEVER ASKED FOR A BREAK. It did NOT hurt at all!! She was SO gentle and she let me hold the suction so I can be in control and not feel like I’m drowning. Cary prosth has a lot of new tech and new techniques to find and kill tartar and bacteria which makes the appointment more efficient and better for my oral health. Natalia really explained everything very thoroughly and she’s just great. The front desk is great. The doctors are so very kind and knowledgeable and make me feel like a friend. The dental assistants are so amazing as well they are very helpful and the doctors are lucky to have them. I’m so happy I found this office.
Dr. Lim took his time explaining every detail of what needed to be done, and he allowed me to ask every question without rushing or making me feel like a burden. He answered thoroughly and with patience. After the damage I experienced from another practice, I walked in fearful — but I left feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time. He is truly an expert in this field and it shows in both his knowledge and his calm, confident approach. His dental assistant was also amazingly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, which made me feel even more comfortable and reassured during the visit. I finally feel like I am in the right hands and that my dental implants will be properly restored. I am so grateful to have found them. They will fight for you too
The staff at Cary Prosthodontics was very polite and friendly always greeting me by my name whenever I entered the office. Dr. Lim and his staff were very professional and caring for my needs throughout my office visits. He kept me informed from start to finish during my office visits on what to expect for a pleasant outcome. He was very concerned about every detail to ensure my procedure was done with satisfactory. I have not experience this level of service from any dental office. Thanks again.
