I had a K-9 permanent cap that had broken off, so the removed the half that was in and prepped my gum a perment K-9 implant in a few months. I got there and got in right away after filling out my pre-appointment paperwork, since this was my first visit. I got into my appointment right away and the staff was very professional, leaving me with a great experience. They called me after my procedure when I got home to check if I had any questions and inquired on how I was doing. A very good experience. 5-stars all the way for everyone involved.

Dr Prokes made extraction easy peasy. When she said we're all done, I was actually shocked. Great staff that assisted the procedure as well. From the front desk, in-patient care, to the check out. Everyone greeted with a smile and made everything at ease, making you feel comfortable headed for doom. HAHAHAHAHA....keep up the great work

Was scared to death to have a tooth removed that was broken off at the gumline. The Dr got me through the needle part & then it was smooth, quick sailing. Heard some strange noises & downward pushing pressure, but NO PAIN whatsoever & was totally surprised when they said I was all done & could go! Opened my eyes then & gave the Dr heartfelt thanks & boogied outta there!

I had three of my teeth pulled out today. My dentist was Dr. Adam Kaiser and I would definitely recommend him. He was very nice and kept assuring me that he does not want me to get hurt or feel pain. I have had really bad dental experiences in the past so dentist appointments truly scare me. This has got to be my best dental experience because I did not feel a thing. He used the laughing gas mask and it felt like the procedure only lasted for an hour. The dental assistant was super nice and great when it comes to providing information. I think his name is Sergio. Kudos to the staff, the beautiful ladies out front who are as well siper nice and helpful. 100% recommend this place.

I met with Dr Casteel and was quickly made comfortable and confident with my decision to get implants where an old bridge was. She was exceptional in her ability to explain the procedure and I’m actually looking forward to having this work done. The entire staff was organized and helpful from start to finish.
