Today I accompanied my father to his dental appointment, and as someone who works behind the scenes supplying staff and temporary professionals to dental offices, I can confidently say I know dentistry and dental operations inside and out. We arrived without some of the information needed for a comprehensive exam, and I truly expected we might have to reschedule. Instead, Krystal at the front desk was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. The office manager still permitted us to be seen, and I deeply appreciated their flexibility as we waited for the data to be delivered to the facility. Dr. Saghafi was extremely gracious and understanding, and Gabby the assistant was incredibly helpful throughout the visit. The facility is clean, well-organized, and professionally run. What impressed me most was how calmly and professionally the front office handled multiple difficult and complaining patients—always with a smile and outstanding customer service. Overall, I’m very impressed and grateful for the care and professionalism shown to my father and our family. Highly recommend.
I had an excellent experience here. I was referred by my dentist to see them about having 2 molars extracted. One was already badly broken, and the other had started to cause an infection. After Dr. Turigliatto finished her initial examination, she agreed that they needed extraction, and said both could be done in that same visit. I decided to go for it. She explained all my options before I made my decision, and we discussed the possibility of having implants after my jaw/gums and bones heal. The entire staff from beginning to end were friendly and welcoming, and saw to all my needs. I felt safe and never rushed, and they answered all my questions and concerns. The facility is immaculately clean and organized, which is important because I believe it is an indication of how a facility is managed and shows their daily practices at their best, or their worst. I highly recommend this practice. I know I’ve only had one experience with them, but this one experience was all I needed for them to earn my trust. Thank you to everyone at Casas Adobes Oral Surgery. You will see me for a follow-up, and more if I need anything else. If you need assistance in this specialty, do yourself a favor and at least see them for a consult. If you have insurance, this should be easy. If you have to self pay out of pocket, their rates are manageable and comparable to the area. I know because I also asked about their rates when I made my appointment.
The staff and Dr's were so professional and warm. I was very nervous but it was clear thier goal was to ensure my experience was positive as it could be. The assistants and the Dr's behaved as if I was the only patient they had. Even the front Desk staff put me at ease. Best Dental experience I have ever had. Thank you so much!
Dr. Schmidt is wonderful. He has a fantastic bedside manner, and is easy to talk to. I had some serious concerns about a procedure, and he listened attentively and put my mind at ease. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. The office staff is friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend him to anyone!
I went today for a tooth extraction. I was very up front with the doctor and his assistant regarding my anxiety level due to a previous bad experience elsewhere. Both Dr. Rivera and his assistant were extremely kind and patient with me. They talked me through the process and tried to make me as comfortable as possible.
