I have had 3 appointments- initial assessment, filling and cleaning so far in a fairly short timeframe. Everyone is very personable. They got me in quickly as a new patient when I had pain and ask questions to really understand what issues I have and what I would like addressed. They check in often while working and are gentle. They provide information and details that I have not been given with past dental providers. They are open to and encourage questions so It feels more like a conversation in what my treatment and the next steps will be. I highly recommend!
My appointment was on time, all staff greeted with smiles & were very polite. I was nervous for the procedure and Dr. Nation and his team were great to answer all my questions and concerns. I was in and out in 1 hour and left feeling pain free and a plan for next steps to proceed after healing. It was a pleasant experience, for a not- so- pleasant procedure. Thank you Cedar Creek Dental… I felt well taken care of !
Been going here for years. Not going to lie, the dentist is not my favorite thing ever since I was a kid. But going here is way better than any places ive been before. The staff is always pleasant and professional.
Very friendly and patient staff. Numbing was a smooth process and my cavities were filled quick and efficiently, not to mention Dr. Nation always explains the what and why for me.
Super friendly! I don’t feel rushed through the appointment and they are not pushy about procedures, but do give you all the information for you to decide your plan of action. They are great!
