When I go to an appointment at Cedar Hills Family Dentistry, I feel like I am going to visit friends. Everyone is so nice and caring. They all go out of their way to make your visit less stressful... I have had many dentists in my life and Dr. Sutton is my FAVORITE!! He just knows when you are nervous about your appointment and he has a way of making everything less stressful for you...
I love you guys. I had a wonderful experience and all of you made it so. Like who wants to go to the dentist? Not me, I’d rather go kayaking. The dental hygienist Ilene was a sweetheart and made me feel at home, she even helped lower my blood pressure. She did a thorough cleaning of my teeth. I am sorry to hear that she’s retiring, but I completely understand. Everyone was helpful and courteous, it’s hard to find good customer service these days, but everyone went beyond excellence. The doctor has a beautiful smile, and is very knowledgeable and I trust his expertise. He won us over with his smile and honesty that he treats everyone’s teeth as though it’s his own. His smile is the reason we came to Cedar Hills, we saw him on the website. The receptionists worked miracles in getting me in for a cleaning appointment, thank you for I was over do and a new patient. So the overall experience was A++5 star rating and I will definitely recommend your office to everyone.
Cedar Hills Family Dentistry is excellent! It is rare for me to ever give five star ratings to anyone, so when I do, the business is exemplary. Cedar Hills Dentistry staff is friendly, professional, and very thorough with their dental exams and cleanings. I’d highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist!
It was a very pleasant visit. Rachelle was fun to talk to, and the Dr. is a super nice guy. He didn't pressure me into spending a lot of money on things I can't afford, like other dentists do.... It was nice. I'm glad I started going there.
Dr. Sutton and his staff are so incredibly nice. I felt taken care of from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left. Dr. Sutton’s attention to detail was also very appreciated. You can tell that he strives for excellence in his work and will always double check that everything feels good before he leaves. Overall, I’m very impressed and couldn’t draw up a better visit to the dentist!
