On 10/4/21 Dr. Ballatore performed surgery on my INFECTED LATERAL INCISOR. He did a wonderful job and I am very happy with results of no longer pain and now a healing incisor! Thank you so very much! P.S. he also gave me an instruction sheet to follow for the next couple days
I had a periodontic procedure with Dr.Ballatore and I can highly recommend his clinic. For comparison, I had a similar deep cleaning procedure done at my regular dental office in Coralville and it was more expensive and they tried to sell me lots of extra things that I didn't need. My appointment with Dr. Ballatore went really smoothly and my gums feel much healthier. Now I just need more discipline to floss on a regular basis to keep it up.
Our dentist (former now) referred us here because they were supposed to be "in network". They gave us an estimate in the thousands, charged over $200 just to give the estimate and informed us they were not "in network" and we would have to pay almost the full balance. Had we known these absurd prices, we would have went elsewhere. If you're not rich, beware.
Wonderful & caring staff! Dr Ballatore made my son feel relaxed and comfortable. The procedure went very quickly & my son is healing faster than expected! Highly recommended!!
If I could, I would give them 0 stars. They refuse patients who don't speak English, which is definitely against the law. They lack ethics, compassion, and professionalism.
