I was hesitant to return to the dentist after some poorly done fillings elsewhere, but I decided to try Center for Advanced Dentistry. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with kindness and compassion for my nerves. There was no wait time, which was a lovely change from other offices. I’ve been coming back for about a year now and have had no issues—my fillings feel great!

I can't recommend the Center for Advanced Dentistry enough. All my life I've been deathly afraid of going to the dentist due to several very bad experiences in the past. This in addition to a severe gag reflex means I'm only going to the dentist when I have no other choice but to go... I put in the research and found the Center for Advanced Dentistry to be the facility I'm going to trust to get me through some potentially painful, but absolutely necessary oral surgery. I could not have been more relieved during and after my visits to their impressive facility. Dr. Bernstein and all the staff I encountered were so helpful in making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Needless to say, they did fantastic work. I do need more work done... but now I won't hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Bernstein and look forward to keeping a healthy oral regime with his office.

My daughter chipped two front teeth in a school flag football game. Because we live out of state, I was concerned about how to find a reputable dentist in Lewiston or Auburn. Other Bates College parents direcgted us to Dr. Bernstein at the Center for Advanced Dentistry. they were able to see my daughter immediately and she received xrays and got her teeth bonded very quickly. She was very happy with the outcome and found the office staff and the dentist to be extraordinarily welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this practice to other patients.
