OUR VISION Our practice is dedicated to improving periodontal health and providing dental implants to the community we serve. We strive to provide the highest quality, state-of-the-art care to all of our patients. As a people-oriented practice, we place a high value on educating our patients about their periodontal and implant conditions. Each patient's treatment and home care plan is tailored to suit their individual needs. To maintain our high standards, we provide and support continuing education for all team members. Our practice is based on mutual trust and respect for our patients and our team members. We believe in and encourage team involvement, by maintaining an efficient practice that inspires personal fulfillment and satisfaction.

I had the absolute BEST experience at Gumcare and Implant Specialists for my dental implant procedure with Dr. Basta, and I cannot say enough amazing things about this entire team! From the very first phone call to the day of my procedure, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and care. Maria took care of scheduling when I first called, and she made the entire process smooth and easy. She was helpful, patient, and answered all of my initial questions. When I arrived at the office, Karly was so warm and welcoming at the front desk, she greeted me with such a friendly attitude every time I walked in. It immediately set the tone for a positive experience. When I met with Staci to go over my treatment plan, she took her time explaining every detail clearly and thoroughly. There was zero pressure, just honest, transparent information. She made sure I understood exactly what to expect financially and clinically, which made me feel completely comfortable moving forward. On the day of my implant placement, I was incredibly nervous. Dental procedures have always made me anxious, but Dr. Basta and his assistants, Melanie and Keke, were absolutely phenomenal. They were calm, reassuring, and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. They truly listened to all of my concerns and addressed every single question with patience and empathy. The procedure itself went so smoothly, far better than I expected. The level of skill, precision, and teamwork was obvious. You can tell this team works together seamlessly and genuinely cares about their patients. I felt supported the entire time. What really stood out to me was how personal the experience felt. I never felt like “just another patient.” Everyone took the time to make sure I felt heard, understood, and at ease. That kind of care is rare. This team exceeded every expectation I had. If you are even considering dental implants, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Basta and the entire team at Gumcare and Implant Specialists. I will confidently recommend them to anyone I know looking for implant treatment. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish!
Had the best experience extracting my tooth with Dr. Basta under IV sedation!! I work in Healthcare and the experience was top tier. The whole team was very professional and Dr. Basta was very patient and knowledgeable. I've had a lot of dental work done in the past but this was the best care I've had so far. Highly highly recommend!
Dr. Farah and his team are truly exceptional. He is a very special dentist and oral surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. In addition, the clinical and administrative staff are top notch and the automated appointment and follow up reminders are designed to make patients feel valued. Great experience all around.
Best decision I ever made was doing some research on my own and coming across G&I specialists. I called and explain my situation and they got me in the next day for a consultation. Dr. Basta was so amazing explaining everything in great detail to me - surgery was pretty much painless. My first visit for a consultation, Dr. Basta made me feel very relaxed and very confident. The two young ladies that assisted Dr. Basta during my first surgery were so super sweet. Thank you to all for helping and guiding me to get my teeth and gums back on track. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment in 13 days to finish off my oral surgery.
I am Tim's wife (had trouble logging onto google to leave a review!!! ugh!!) I recently had a tooth extracted at Dr. Farah's office...the experience was beyond expectations!! The office runs like a well-oiled clock. They staff is incredible...and friendly. I've never had such a pleasant dentist visit!! I just can't say enough about Dr Farah and Dr Basta!!
