I've been with the CCRD Family for years now. I've never once had a bad experience. With life and kids, needing to switch appts, they've always been diligent and pleasant during the process. From the wonderful front desk ladies, the amazing hygienists, and phenomenal dentists, I Love It There!!! Thanks for keeping mine and my childrens' smile healthy and beautiful ❤️.
I have been getting my teeth cleaned here for a few years. On 3 different occasions I have had my appointment cancelled the day before my appointment. When explaining that I can’t come in the same day they are canceling me because they decided to close early the day I’m scheduled, she was short and rude and said “oh well we can’t see you” They do not care that you work and you have to plan your schedule around appointments. I was very upset because I had took off work to attend this appointment. On another occasion I was getting a crown and I had a bad experience with the dental assistant. My crown that they had just put on broke and she reapplied it without numbing me. This was very painful. She was not apologetic. The Drs here are very nice but I have had very bad experiences with the front office. It’s very upsetting when I’m having issues and I can’t get in on days I’ve planned for and confirmed only to be cancelled at the last minute. At the end of the year they have to realize you can’t get appointments anywhere else anytime soon. I will be looking for a new dentist office as soon as possible.
The front desk have rude receptionists. My appointment was scheduled 6 months in advance and confirmed by phone a week prior to. My appointment was cancelled the day before without an apology. I asked to speak to the office manager and I never received a call back. I had to take off my job just to go to an appointment that was scheduled during a time I wasn’t available and I was having issues. When posting my last review they get under and act like it wasn’t their fault. This is not the first time it has happened. It’s obvious to me that I’m not valued as a patient. I will be finding me another dentist. Nobody ever called to even apologize for the inconvenience ahead of time. They change your hygienist every time and I think the lady today was intentionally rough on my gums.
CCRD has been taking good care of my family for over 20 years! We all have nice healthy smiles. I get really anxious at the dentist’s office and they always make me feel comfortable. They celebrate all the things with my kids dental hygiene, building their confidence, they love CCRD. We're always greeted with smiles and get TOP NOTCH service from check-in, to the chair, and at check-out. They’ve been there for us with dental emergencies, insurance and FSA problems (ugh!), and we came out all smiles. Drs. Shofner and Marshall and the staff go out of their way to make sure we’re taken care of and it is SO appreciated!
