Although, the staff was friendly. The billing office is slow. They do make you pay in advance. And take months to file with your insurance company. We are going into the 4th month and they have yet to file with dental. I don't care if you are high volume office, it is no excuse to make people wait on a claim.

The office staff are professional. Dr. Huffman is great, exceptional bedside manner. I am very satisfied with the service provided by this office. I would recommend to my family and friends.

My 14 year old daughter went to have all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed. She came out crying saying she was wide awake the entire time and could feel everything and told them. She was not put to sleep and indicated she was crying the entire time. Then they only removed 2 teeth. I called to inquire and that was 3 months ago. To date I have yet to receive a return call. Additionally 3 months after the procedure and a month after receiving my EOB when inquiring about my refund as I paid copays for 4 teeth, I was met with a tad bit of hostility from the business section. Then on top of that, they provided no preparation information. They only told us to ensure she not eat within a certain amount of hours prior to the surgery, but nothing about what I needed to have her to eat or how to alternate the cold packs. I got a tid bit of info leaving the procedure. If I had not already had a child that had this procedure before at a different facility and if I’d not been an avid researcher, I would have been clueless and unprepared and my child would have been in even more pain and discomfort. I also must say I have a relative who also had two children have the same procedure at this facility, but with a different doctor, and she sings their praises.
