We had an excellent experience scheduling wisdom teeth extraction. Michele was instrumental in coordinating our consultation while my son was home on a short holiday break. Michele helped to coordinate first available scheduling within the practice and our availability. On the day of the removal; Karen checked us in and reviewed the process and home care necessary. Her calm and professional personality was comforting with properly set expectations. Dr. Ostler and his medical staff were professional and caring. I would highly recommend this practice for your oral surgery needs
I had been researching wisdom extractions for months, seen so many horror stories. i went to Rutgers for one, with a rude doctor who wouldnt even write me a script of ibuprofen and came home bad which lead to more problems as all the otc drugs I took to keep pain down didnt work and only wrecked my stomach, causing me to throw up and rip stitches. So I put this off as long as I could. Stupid of me because this was easily the best dental surgery experience ive ever had. Dr ostler not only gave me something to make sure that wouldnt happen without as much as an ask, but sent me home with near zero pain. Im perfectly fine right now. The swelling is low. I dont even need advil or the extra pills. I feel great haha. This is the best office ive ever been to, with a doctor who listens who doesn't just treat you based on what guidelines or the book tells you. I knew after the 1-2-3 extraction we had earlier in the year hed be good because all my normal dentists kept breaking teeth during extraction or missing obvious problems even when i pointed them out. This is a great office. Straight 5 stars. Personable people. Never thought wisdom teeth extraction would be near painless but it is here. Thank you to everyone at the office.
I highly recommend the office & Dr. Steinle. He explains everything thoroughly. He gave me the confidence to come back a second time for an extraction & implant. The office staff is organized, friendly & helpful.
The care, Dr., and Assistants are exceptional. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. They are warm, knowledgeable and highly skilled. I would recommend them again and again.
I had a tooth pulled under general anesthesia. The Dr. and staff were professional and caring. No pain at all.
