What a terrific surgeon and great staff! Dr. Byram is straight to the point, I appreciated that. The staff is friendly. The ladies at the front desk are nice and quick. Dr. Byram explained what he was doing while he was doing it and I really appreciated that as well. He’s also pretty quick! I had 3 teeth removed in around 4 minutes! He’s great at his job and knows what he’s doing! Nobody likes having surgery done on their teeth, but if you must, this is the place I recommend! Five stars all around! I highly recommend! Thank you!
Truly wonderful experience! They are quick, straight forward, professional and kind. I really appreciate the staff and Dr Bryam. Also, i appreciate the post extraction phone call, checking on me and giving me advice. I high recommend! Thank yall again.
I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist due to some bad experiences as a kid, but Dr. Byram and his assistants are top notch. They provided me reassurance from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. I opted out of sedation and stayed awake for surgery and he let me know exactly what was going on and what to expect. The assistants were great as well. They gave me a ton of information on post op care so I didn’t have to figure everything out on my own. Im beyond thankful for their patience and reassurance, and will recommend them to my family and friends.
This dentist office will lie and say your insurance is in network and perform the exam and bill you for it. We would have never used this dentist if we would have known this dentist was out of network. If the office lady was unsure if our insurance was in network or not, she should have been honest instead of telling us our insurance will cover everything. Now we are stuck with a bill for an exam that we won't even be using. 0/5 if I could rate that.
I had to have two impacted wisdom teeth removed at 42 years old. I was very nervous about it, but Dr. Bryam and his team were amazing! He had both of them out in about 20 minutes and no pain during the extraction whatsoever. Don’t let the Internet reviews fool you, this place is the real deal if you have a fear of dental work like I do. He’s an absolute pro and I would go see him again without question.
