We have had such a wonderful experience with this orthodontic office. They currently have all three of my children in braces, and I truly couldn’t ask for better care. The entire team is patient, kind, and incredibly understanding, especially when working with kids. They always take the time to explain everything to my kids so they know what to expect. Dr. Riley even calmed me down during a scary moment when my son ate something hard and swallowed his coil spring. That level of compassion meant so much to me. The results so far have been fantastic, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work. I’m so grateful we chose this office and would highly recommend them to any family looking for a caring and skilled orthodontist.
Our daughter has had such a great experience seeing Dr. Riley. All the staff we encounter is so friendly and you walk out each time with not a single question because they answer them before you even have time to ask them. The office runs very efficiently and we are always being seen by our appointment time and out quickly.
My experience has been great so far! Dr. Riley and her staff have always been very kind and professional. They are also understanding regarding payments and scheduling. I have seen all types of people come in and be welcomed with a smile which is something I value in a place of business. 10s across the board!
