I’m extremely satisfied with the care I’ve been receiving at Central Texas Oral Surgery Associates. I had 3 wisdom tooth removed by Doctor Bonosso. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Doctor Troconis is handling the follow-up care and has been amazing. He is very professional and knowledgeable and cares for his patients. Thank you all for the amazing customer service, professionalism and care I’ve received.
It's a real honor to have an opportunity to give this office its rightful due with a deservedly glowing review. Every visit just reinforced my belief that good fortune had brought me to this place. It comes with the feeling that the staff gives you that you're in good care. Relax. I only had the privilege of Dr. Bonnaso's care, but the vibe there tells me his is the standard. He checked all the boxes when decision time came for turning control of important personal care over to someone I didn't know, but he had impeccable credentials and references. He exceeded all incuding an already lenthy checklist.
I walked in and was immediately greeted by the beautiful front desk lady. I explained the pain I was in due to my wisdom tooth. She was able to squeeze me in same day. Check in was easy. The clinical staff, front desk staff, and Dr B explained everything to me step by step and left no grey areas. Got my tooth pulled and was provided with after care instructions and even a follow up call from Dr B himself! The checkout process was just as easy and no hassle. This establishment deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you ladies and docs for the amazing care !! I will definitely be referring friends and relatives ❤️
Had a very positive experience. Staff were very friendly and had great customer service. The dental assistant was very friendly had great customer service. The Doctor that did my surgery did an awesome job very friendly, transparent and made me feel very ad ease. I recommend this dental office you will be very satisfied.
Staff was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Juan Troconis made me feel comfortable and calm during whole procedure and I was in and out of there. Gave me his direct cell number is there were any problems after which so far there have been none. Thank you and to your team. I will go to him again if I need any oral surgery. I highly recommend.
