had braces with Centra Sota for two years, including during COVID, but the experience was terrible. During the pandemic, all treatments were stopped, yet I was still required to make payments. Even worse, they caused a gum infection during my treatment. As a young adult, I felt completely taken advantage of. They lied to me, saying I didn’t need my wisdom teeth removed, even though it was clear I did. This ultimately made the braces useless, as my teeth are not straightened at all. I trusted them to provide professional care and honesty, but they failed on both counts. I wouldn’t recommend Centra Sota to anyone.

Wonderful, amazing care all around! I have been happily going here for years, but had unfortunately sustained major dental trauma, and the compassion that this entire team at centrasota dental had shown me was incredible! Dr Congdon built me 4 new beautiful front teeth! This was a very traumatic, emotional event in my life, and they really cared deeply and got me through it! I am forever grateful for them!

I went to Aspen 2 years ago for a free appointment they had going on. I was told with-in a year i would start losing my teeth. They reminded me how i was too young for that to be happening... It was a very stressful visit. I got my wisdom teeth taken out but wasnt able to move forward on the other work that was recommend by Aspen dental. 2 years later I found Centrasota dental. Based off of a googled review saying it was lgbtq friendly... Everyone was so nice, understanding and caring. I have lots of work to do but it'll be money well spent 😁. A second chance to have a better and healthier smile. Thank you Centrasota dental.

Staff and dentist are great, but I've shown up for an appointment more than once to be told my dentist is ON VACATION and so won't be able to see me. Uh, maybe don't schedule appointments during your vacation? 2/20/24 update My child is seven and has been going here since he was about three. Despite some billing issues, the care we received at this clinic for him had been great. My son had to have a tongue tie revision, which means the last time he was in a dentist chair was a scary and painful experience. Today he sat through x-rays and cleaning and flossing here, and did extremely well. The hygienist was great with him, as always. When the Dr. Congdon came to check his teeth, we were given no grace when kiddo was scared and wasn’t instantly compliant with the dentist. Within less than a minute Dr. Congdon told me “If there’s a problem, you need to go somewhere else. I don’t hold kids down.“ It was so unexpected that I legitimately thought he was talking about if he found a dental problem, a pediatric dentist would need to handle it. I didn’t realize he was kicking us out because my kid needed a minute or two to gather himself and deal with his fear and anxiety. It was shocking, and deeply unexpected. After he pronounced that he wouldn’t hold kids down, he went and ostentatiously picked up the toybox and told my kid that he’d have to go to a different dentist and a different dentist wouldn’t have toys this good. Predictably, that made my son more upset and unable to get himself under control. Dr Congdon took the toybox out of the room and left. He decided that sitting through x-rays and a cleaning meant my son didn’t deserve the toy reward. Until this visit, my son was usually excited to visit the dentist because he liked getting a toy and it had been a positive experience. But the years that my son, and honestly much of my family, have been going to this office wasn’t worth giving my son a minute or two to gather himself after a really painful experience with the tongue revision.
