I normally don't leave reviews; however I had a cavity filled at this location, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience! The entire staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere of the dental office is very calming and inviting. Dr. Starostik is very down to earth and did an amazing job on my filling. He was very present and told me what to expect during each step of the procedure. The procedure itself was actually pretty relaxing, and I didn't feel a thing! I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone.
Been coming to this office for years now. Have unfortunately, seen some great hygienist come and go. Mostly due to retirement and moved away. But, they are always thorough and do a great job. Don’t ever feel rushed and always provide full attentive service. Dr. Marks is always full of good advice and always does a thorough check after the hygienist.
I had my semi- annual cleaning with Alexus today. She did a wonderful job. She was very gentle and thorough. My husband and I have the Complete Dental Plan through Dr Starostik. It is very affordable, comprehensive in-house dental insurance which I highly recommend!
I’ve had great experiences at Centre Smiles. The front office staff, Patty and Julie, are very helpful and friendly. Angela, my hygienist, does an amazing job with my cleaning and gives great advice and recommendations for taking care of my teeth. Dr. Starostik is very professional and thorough for my dental exam.
I have to give an extra star because the actual dentists/technicians were personable and professional. However, I cannot recommend this dentistry with whoever is in charge of billing/scheduling. I was out of the country for nearly the entire month of May and had no cell service, but I emailed with an apology for missing an appointment once I noticed on my calendar. When I got back I saw that I received a text that I had a balance and they were on the verge of sending it to collections, and an aggressive letter insinuating that I intentionally ignored any calls and texts about the appointment. This letter also alleged that I had been ignoring a payment since November, even going as far as to include printed screenshots of texts I sent about making a payment in the past and claiming that was about the overdue charge (which I have never seen an establishment do and feels unhinged - I also have evidence of making that payment). However, I found another letter in my mail that was sent at the end of April (i.e. I didn't check my mailbox before I left at the beginning of May) that showed that the charge for the current balance was only made then and due at the end of May. So to summarize, they accused me of shirking a payment for over 90 days and threatened sending it to collections with incorrect screenshots over a payment that was only a week past due when I noticed it. I called and made the payment for the late appointment and charge because I am a responsible person, but when I brought up the fact that they were literally threatening to send my slightly over a month old balance to collections they were unapologetic and more concerned with booking my next appointment than addressing my concerns. There are many places with great dentists that don't gaslight you and treat you like they're about to take you to court - I recommend to steer clear.
