Chandler Implants and Periodontics is a place where you will find pleasant and knowledgeable staff. The people here treat you fairly and seem to really care about your dental health. Previously, I went to a "Do It All" (multi-specialty) dental office, and I felt like I was just a number. Their doctors and staff were a revolving door of faces, and each doctor had a new treatment plan that I just "needed to do" in order to get my gums healthy again. Needless to say, they all cost quite a bit of money. Chandler Implants and Periodontics is a true specialty practice where multiple doctors are not competing for a piece of your business. This practice has been in Chandler for quite some time, and that experience shows. Furthermore, the office is modern-looking, and uses the latest technologies. You feel like they have your best interests in mind, and you have input for any proposed treatment options. While going to the dentist may not be a favorite activity for anyone, Chandler Implants and Periodontics is truly a cut above the rest!
Excellent staff! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY! Multi-cultural amazing environment. Dr Johnston is a great doctor. Also front office staff very professional and assistants are hard working. Love them! Will definitely be back! Top knotch!
Terrible place who looks down on minorities. Place full of attitudes at the front desk. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy. I called twice 4 days and 3 days prior left a message both times, that I could not make my appointment. It was a holiday and they were closed. The front desks argues and said that’s not 48 hours? How is 4 days not more than 48hours? Then she argues that the message didn’t have a reason for not making the appointment? Why do I need to give you a reason? This is a place of business not high school. The front desks girl is rude, obnoxious and doesn’t care about her job. This place is so fake and has fake 5 star reviews. They are a scam! Charging me a fee for missing my appointment? I will gladly pay if I didn’t call outside the policy of 48 hours. Because I did call 96 hours prior and cancelled and for them to charge me is absurd! They could take my 50 dollars. I will not return. Seems like they are busy enough for any business.
Dr Johnston is awesome - a real nice guy. Was referred to him by my dentist to address some gum issues. He took time to explain the procedure and what to expect. The day of all went well and the follow ups have been great. Couldn't be happier. In addition he has some of the nicest and most knowledgeable staff making the recovery that much better. Thank you again guys really appreciate it!
