Jaw braces was put in my mouth by the surgeon and was never removed. Called years later to be told I need a referral from a dentist to even come back. Tell me how that works. Something they put in can't be seen again until a dentist referral that has nothing to do with teeth. Mind you my initial visit to get the jaw braces put in did not have a dentist referral. Safe to say I would take your business else where!
I L😍VE this group of people. Everyone that works here is so nice. You won't regret coming here for your dental procedures. Mandy is my favorite nurse ever. She makes everyone feel comfortable and safe. She has no children but she definitely will be a great mother one day. She has beautiful motherly instincts and will make sure to take care of you the best she can. My surgery went very well. My doctor is amazing. The girls that helped me today were so much fun. We had the sweetest resident nurse come in to watch and learn. We looked at cute pictures on my phone, talked about life, they comforted me when I needed it and made me laugh. I felt at home and honestly didn't want to leave. I love these guys. Once again, you won't regret coming here. Best group of professionals ever. 💟💞💝💖💗💕💓
Dr Polzin is awesome. I have never had such explained detail that I could understand in the procedure that I was having done. I Would highly recommend him for your dental care. Wonderful office staff that makes you feel comfortable and very professional, they are a great team to work with. Their the best!
We were extremely pleased with the care our daughter received by Dr. Polzin and his staff. We are not from La Crosse but our daughter goes to UW-LAX so it made sense for her to have the procedure close to where she lives in case there were any complications. Since we are not familiar with the area we weren't sure where to take her. After a little research we landed upon Coulee Region Implant & Oral Surgery Center. We are very happy that we did.
Very professional, funny, and polite surgeon! He really took his time to listen to my concerns and help me find a way to move forward with treatment. I would definitely recommend him and this practice to everyone I know!
