We’ve been going here for a while and up until this time have always had a pleasant time with great staff. This time, however, we stood at counter to check in for a little bit with no one to say anything to us. It wasn’t until the technician came to get one of the girls that the receptionist showed but didn’t say anything to us. The technician was oddly rough, like both my kids teeth and jaw hurt afterward and she didn't let them pick toothbrush color or the flavor which was just weird and then the doctor is just weird kinda creepy vibes he pulled my daughters face by her teeth when she didn’t move quick enough after he had JUST asked her to move towards him.
I had to get a new Dentist, and I had a great experience with Dr Kimes and his staff. Very pleased with everything.
Always a great team. They have always been on time. I’m in out without delay. I started seeing Dr Kimes due to a referral from a friend and I’ve recommend that office to others.
Kimes and his team are great! They got me in right away when I needed a root canal . Always professional and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
I loved Mark Juarez. He was kind and gentle. There was not a bit of pain in my visit! Definitely my favorite dentist!
