I just moved to the area and hoping to find a place that was as comfortable as my dentist I had elsewhere for 10 years. This was it! I was impressed with their efficiency and moreover the amount that they all seem to care. Definitely recommend!
Excellent dental care! I was looking for a new office to match new Insurance setup plan and had an infected tooth that needed attention. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, fast and friendly. My Husband was able to book an appointment, get information on exactly what is covered within the plan, and had two extractions by the wonderful Dr. Ballard. I have been to many Dentists over the years, Dr. Ballard was the fastest, caring, and most professional by far, and made you feel comfortable. No pain at all. Very clean office, great location, super easy to get to in Downtown Charleston, WV....My Husband has had many insurance carriers and Dentists over the years and thru the Military, but recent years he dropped dental insurance to save money....he recently broke his bridge which we're his front teeth, I went in for service and asked Dr. Ballard to take a look at my Husband. We'll they gained another customer as they are getting him a new bridge and worked with him as he's a cash paying customer with no dental insurance. Highly recommend this office for your Dental care needs, way above average in location, office, staff, and Doctor. Thank you Dr. Shawn Ballard and Staff for your outstanding service. As always I had a great visit! The team is pleasant to work with and very jovial regardless of the season. I still have all my teeth so I can eat my Christmas gifts lol. Love this office of professional gems and wouldn't trade them for anything in the world 😊
Their reviews seemed a bit too good to be true but I needed an appointment asap. They were so quick to get me in and get what I needed done! I had a cracked tooth and originally needed a root canal. They can't do molar canals so I realized even with insurance it was going to cost a lot. So I opted to have it yanked out. Made another appointment and they got me in quick. Went in and the lady at the desk was so kind and worked through every finance detail with me. She was so friendly and I just loved the staff here. They were wonderful and treated me kindly. Went out of their way to make me comfortable with my anxiety and allowed my man to stand back there with me while getting it pulled to help me feel comfortable. It was a quick and easy pull and within the hour was in and out! 10/10 would recommend!
I am a new patient at Charleston Dental Associates, I am so happy with my decision! Friendly office staff & hygienists, Dr. Ballard is so down to earth & has a very calm presence. Everyone was so prompt, my exam was complete in about 40 minutes!
