I cannot say enough good things about Charleston Endo Perio. I went in for an emergency root canal on my birthday, and Dr. McKenzie and the entire staff were absolutely amazing, so much so that they almost made me forget why I was there in the first place. My dentist office was able to get me a same-day appointment, and from the moment I checked in, communication was excellent. Everything was clearly explained, from what my insurance would cover to the steps needed before the procedure. While I waited, I was given time to relax in their comfort room with a massage chair while the staff attended to other patients. I know it sounds ridiculous to say this about a root canal, but the experience genuinely felt spa-like. The interior was inviting, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and Dr. McKenzie did a phenomenal job. I was already relaxed going in and felt very little to no pain during the procedure. I’m so grateful for the professionalism, care, and attention I received. It will always be remembered as the birthday I had a root canal, but also the birthday I experienced exceptional, spa-level care. Highly recommend.
