Had a dental emergency and was able to be seen in 2 hours. Within an hour I walked out a new person. Even though they were busy, they took great care of me and were very attentive. Dr. Paukert and the entire staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommend!
Dr. Fredrickson is very professional and patient, and Kayla is always super warm and supportive :) I never expect to get my crown replaced and implant done listening to my favorite classic rock music (thanks to Kayla)! The whole process is quick and smooth, and I barely experience any pain after getting back home. I'm very positive and excited to get my other teeth fixed with more visits in the future :)
As a new patient, I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door. The front office staff welcomed me with smiles. Within minutes I was taken back for X-rays by a very pleasant dental assistant and ushered into a state of the art dental office. Dr Frederickson appeared shortly and spent considerable time reviewing my dental history and x-rays. I was impressed by his knowledge and patience when I asked many questions. During that visit he discovered a loose crown and re-cemented it. The bill was much less than I expected considering how much time was spent with me. I highly recommend this practice.
I had an appointment for a replacement filling with Dr Frederickson. I was greeted immediately and back in the room with an assistant quickly. Dr was skillful and kind, ensuring throughout that I was comfortable. (I choose not to have numbing medication). I was back in my car in 40 minutes! Great work!
Dr. Paukert is incredibly nice. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was at ease throughout the appointment. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran on time. Would recommend!
