Charm Smile Dental in Concord NH is one of the finest, most professional dental practices I have ever experienced, in the United States or abroad. There is no member of their staff who is not profoundly expert, kind, and gentle. Each team member strives to go above and beyond all expectations; I highly recommend all of them! For example, I mentioned to Cheryl Lee, an extremely attentive and expert dental hygienist, how much I appreciate Charm’s attention to both my health and the environment by avoiding excess plastics. She made sure I left my cleaning yesterday with extra supplies. They both listen, then go above and beyond for the health and comfort of patients.
Charm Smile Dental is conveniently located near route 93. I was welcomed into the bright clean office by the friendly staff. This was my first trip to the dentist in a while (shame on me) but Paula and Dr. Jake put me at ease and everything went smoothly. I was very happy with how the consultation went and felt like I had a better understanding of what my options are.. I'm looking forward to getting back to regular visits starting with the appointment for a cleaning I set up after my consultation!
I had a fantastic experience as a new patient! From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Jake and his assistant, Paula, were thorough and took the time to really listen and address all of my concerns. My hygienist, Holly, was so gentle and patient, which made the visit very comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
I was very pleased that they were able to schedule me in a very short time. The people that were there were very professional and caring ! They took the x-ray that were needed. The doctor came in, and I was really pleased with his examination and what he told me it looked like and he just really told me what he thought we needed to do to go forward at this time. I’m really excited about continuing the charm family dental. I hope this makes sense cause I’m doing the best as high because of all that I’ve been through with the fire and everything and then to lose my tooth and that way I was treated when my other dental office it was a nice change to go here
