I was extremely pleased with everything during and after my visit at Chattanooga Dental Studio!!!! I was in major pain and needed an extraction that my regular dentist didn't feel comfortable doing. After calling a few offices and trying to get in quickly for an emergency situation I found Chattanooga dental studio. It was already around 3:00 pm in the afternoon and they made time for me at 8:00 am the following morning, even though I wasn't one of their regular patients. After going out of their way to get me in as soon as possible we learned there was a problem with my insurance and it didn't even slow them down their priority was to get me out of pain. The staff there is absolutely AMAZING!!! DR.Chris took care of my procedure which was an extraction and had to be stitched up afterwards. Not only did I feel no pain during the procedure,I didn't even have to take pain medicine afterwards while healing. He is GREAT at what he does!!! This will definitely be my new dentist. It's a 45 minute drive from my house and it's well worth it. I'm so glad I found Chattanooga Dental Studio!!!
The first time in my life I’ve ever felt completely comfortable and calm during a dental appointment (2 actually). The front office staff is welcoming and helpful. The waiting area feels like a cozy living room. I had the pleasure of being cared for by Mrs. Rebecca for my cleanings and Mrs. Amber as my dentist. Both were knowledgeable, kind, and thorough in their jobs. My teeth feel and look great! Thank you all!
Such an amazing place. The kindest and most professional staff. Thanks to each of you for taking care of such a coward and Dr Chris thank you for giving me the smile that I have waited for, for two years I appreciate all of your patience, The questions that I had and the Uneasiness that I felt when you told me everything that had to be done. I felt that you explained everything so simply and eased all the apprehension that I had. I look forward to being with you guys as a forever patient. The process was worth it all.
Had a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and very thorough. The office was very clean and nicely decorated. Their equipment & technology was top of the line. So glad I found this place, they will be my new dentists from now on!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I haven’t had the best experiences with dentists in the past, so I was very skeptical about finding a new one. I had neglected my dental care and came in knowing I would need a lot of work, but they treated me with the same kindness and respect as one of their best patients. I truly felt cared for and listened to. They explained everything so well and were completely up front about pricing. The office coordinators are fantastic—super helpful with insurance, payments, and answering all my questions. My hygienist, Rebecca, is absolutely wonderful—so sweet and patient. And Chris has been great with the dental work I’ve had done so far. For the first time, I actually look forward to my future dental visits. I can’t recommend this office enough!
