I recently took my two kids to this dental office, and it was an outstanding experience! Both of my children typically feel nervous about dental visits, but the entire staff went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. They explained and showed everything step by step before starting, which really helped ease their anxiety. Dr. Hadfield was especially wonderful—he even explained the anatomy of my daughter’s X-ray, and she thought it was fascinating! We are so happy to have found our new dental home. I would highly recommend this office—10/10!
Chena dental care really is the best. I hadn’t been to the dentist in probably 10 years, and most of that was from dental anxiety, and embarrassment because I knew I had a lot of dental work to do, and it felt like the longer I took to go the worse it got. I never felt judged, all of the reception staff and dental assistants were nothing but kind and informative the entire time. Dr. Hadfield was very kind the entire time, and I felt like I was in good hands. I never felt any pain, apart from one shot of numbing, and they were so kind and gave me a second before finishing the numbing, and by the time they finished it I felt absolutely nothing. If you have dental anxiety like I do, don’t wait to go. I promise they’ve seen it all, and it’s better to go than to wait, especially with such a kind and caring staff.
Don't want to hear kids screaming, employees talking, the suction thing and the buzz drill thing while I'm waiting for a cleanining. Private rooms please!!! Like most professional health/dental facilities are. I bet they charge me for leaving before my appointment. Good luck with that.
Chena Dental is such an incredible team of professionals with a lot of heart, flexibility and understanding for busy families. I love the community/ family friendly feeling when our family comes in for cleaning and check ups. They help us all feel welcome and comfortable especially with little ones. We really appreciate their expertise with dental concerns and their attention to detail when caring for our family dental needs. You are all the best and we appreciate you!
Although I have going to this dental practice for over 30 years I can say that the level of care hasn't changed at all! It was my first time seeing Dr. Mickus for my yearly exam and she was very thorough with the exam and explanations of my dental needs. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. I love going to this practice!
