For me and my wife, always a wonderful experience. This time was no exception, very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service. Especially enjoyed how pleasant and talented the young ladies are. We got the finest dental care by a great staff at the Jefferson City location wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are much appreciated. God Bless!
I’ve been going to Cherry Hill in Jeff city for about two years. I’ve always felt they run patients through like cattle, but they were the only dentist in town that accepted my dental insurance without a year long wait. Last week, I went for my 6 month checkup, they did a quick polish (they didn’t even floss my teeth lol) and the dentist took a look in my mouth.(no X-rays or anything) A few days after my appointment i received a bill for over $150. I reached out to their billing department. They called me back today and told me that they no longer accept my insurance. And made it sound like they should’ve told me that before my appointment. Another funny thing about this place, the first time I went, they told me I had a cavity that needed attention, (I didn’t make an appointment to have it fixed) since then, the last 3 times I’ve been there, they have said I don’t have any cavities. Lol I will pay their sketchy bill, and spread my negative experiences.
I just wanted to take some time and let people know that Cherry Hill Dentistry is a great place to get all dental needs met. Everyone here is so kind and compassionate. They are all so friendly and want to talk to you. I love that they not only ask questions about your life, they share their stories with you as well. If you need a Dentist I highly recommend Cherry Hill.
Cherry Hill has nothing but phenomenal! The entire staff, whether in Jefferson City or Columbia, have made going to the dentist a pleasant experience!
Megan took care of me the whole time and she was excellent. Personable, and handled me with care. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental assistant.
