I just had my wisdom teeth removed here and it was the easiest process. Scheduling was quick and straightforward. The team here is amazing and I can’t say enough great things about them. Everyone from the front desk, treatment coordinator, to the assistants, and doctor. Everyone was super kind and compassionate. Shoutout to my team Dr Sierra, Greenlee, Tammy, and Graham. They kept me comfortable and treated me like a friend, which eased my anxiety about the procedure. I would recommend this team and this place to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.
Everyone was fantastic from start to finish. Kim, Morgan and Fany all worked their magic to make me feel as comfortable as possible before being put to sleep for the wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Brad Belous was informative, proficient and used his expertise to make the entire process smooth and successful. Will recommend all of my friends and family to this place! Thank you all :)
I researched and visited several oral surgeons before deciding on Dr Sierra. Dr Sierra is extraordinary, and I am very glad to have found him! His team who handled other aspects of my care (Terry and Graham) were also terrific! I had a tooth extracted and an implant (at the same time)…an all around great experience (for a procedure I was not looking forward to)! 🦷😀
Three days ago, I had unexpected tooth extraction. This practice, Dr. Sierra and his team were all new to me, though I've had an extraction once before. What a difference the right fit makes! The professionalism, organized process and easy portal use are big pluses. The surgical care was straightforward, empathic and confidence-building. I recommend!
So I went in today for a consultation. I have pretty jacked up teeth, had terrible experiences at dental offices, so I came here looking for guidance on what could be my best option. The office space was AMAZING, very clean, the staff at the front desk were super nice, Megan (I believe that’s her name, she took me to the back) was super sweet, and Brandon (I believe that’s his name, he explained what my insurance covers & what I’d pay out of pocket) SUPER SWEET as well. Now for Dr Bradley… I can’t say the same. I asked for advise on what to do, and he just told me to find a dentist that I like & to make a treatment plan, when I asked about the dentures or implants, he said “I don’t do that”, he said he can extract the tooth, when I asked can we do it now, he said “no, because you have your kid, maybe when you have childcare”. It’s like everything I said didn’t matter, & let’s not forget he didn’t even acknowledge my son (when everyone in the office did). When I asked if he had any recommendations for a dentist, he said “no, because different people take different things” (something along those lines). THEN I paid $133 for this useless consultation & X-ray, when my insurance covers it. They did not let me know they couldn’t verify my insurance & THATS why I had to pay. They called me yesterday stating they couldn’t verify it, asked for my DOB & stated that if they still have an issue they’ll call me, WHICH they didn’t, hence me going to my appointment. When my insurance called, they said that billing handles that 🤦🏻♀️ I feel like I should have went to the West Chester office, because this was def a 0 out of 10.
