In nearly 30+ years of active Dental care; this Dentist far surpassed my expectations. I informed the team that I truly felt my 1st new patient visit was red carpet - even presidential in comparison to my previous Dental providers. I learned alot from the exam, preventive screening, and future care plan today. All of my questions were answered professionally and with compassion. I have to say, having a crown completed at this office was smooth and painless. No sticky, gross impressions or waiting weeks to have a lab make the crown. It was all done in one visit that took less than 2 hours. I have never had a crown before and was definitely apprehensive about having one completed today. Dr. Clare was fantastic! She made the entire process painless and explained each step as she was doing it. She took photos of my tooth, as she was working on it, to show me why I needed this crown. The first photos showed the cracks/cavity in my tooth but the photos taken during treatment showed it even more clearly. Dr. Clare's thorough explanations of how I would feel during and after treatment made me feel much more prepared today. Bailey, her dental assistant, made me feel comfortable and right at home from the moment she brought me into the treatment room to the moment I checked out at the front desk. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking high quality, painless dental work. Thank you Dr. Clare and Bailey!
Staff was so friendly to my daughter and I. She fell and broke a tooth and I was able to call immediately and come in same day. Everyone was so nice, accommodating to us and explained what happened, treatment options and what she needed. Back in my days, the 1800s :) , I would have had to go weeks after a root canal for a crown to be made, we were able to walk out same day with a crown for my teen. Thank you to everyone for being so friendly and allowing us to come same day.
Probably one of the best dental places I have gone to. My last appointment, the dentist was so gentle, I didn't even feel the needle or the injection. She talked me through the procedure and frequently checked on me. My teeth look amazing. She did a really good job at shaping the crowns and matching the color. I look forward to future procedures and will continue to come here. Thank you so much.
