I had my wisdom teeth and one infected tooth removed here, the whole experience has been very positive. The whole staff is very friendly, kind, professional. The dental assistants are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Dr. Michael Lee did great work, explained the whole process in an easy to understand way, and even called to check in after. I usually feel anxious and somewhat embarassed about the state of my teeth, but this team made me feel comfortable and not at all judged. Would definitely recommend this place!
I had my wisdom teeth extracted at Chicago Oral Surgery and Implant Center and had a great experience from start to finish. The office was clean, modern, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they took the time to clearly explain everything both before and after the procedure, which really put me at ease. Dr. Lee did an excellent job explaining what he would do during our initial consultation and carried that professionalism and care through on the day of the procedure. I especially appreciated that he personally called me later that evening to check on how I was doing. Overall, I felt very well cared for and would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Ledger is outstanding! He removed my wisdom teeth, extracted two additional teeth, and placed implants, all with absolutely no pain during the procedures or throughout recovery, and I didn’t need any narcotics afterward. He was extremely professional and kind during every consultation, which made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. He even personally checked in with me the evening of each surgery to make sure I was doing well, which was incredibly reassuring. Highly recommend if you need an oral surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Ledger!
I never give on-line reviews but am making an exception for Dr. Lee and his highly professional staff. I had a back tooth extraction last week. The assistant made me comfortable, we engaged in conversation that distracted me from the shots I was about to get and was also interesting. Dr. Lee engaged with me and completed the shots and extraction quickly and without pain to me. I recovered within a day and had no pain or discomfort. Dr. Lee called the night of the procedure to check on me. I was surprised! Bottom line- excellent staff, excellent.doctor and I am completely satisfied.
Dr. Ledger and his team did a fantastic job with removal of my 4 wisdom teeth. I went with IV sedation since I was very nervous about the procedure. Both the pre-op and surgical appointments were straightforward. I knew exactly what I was getting into. Thanks for turning this into a very tolerable procedure. Keep up the good work!!
