Very impressed and thankful for this office and their staff! They took great care of our daughter. The dentist, assistants, anesthesiologist, and front desk were all so kind. Thank you for doing such a good job and making the whole experience excellent.
I schedule dual appointments for my toddlers and called to tell them we were late but on the way. Receptionist simply said okay. We drove over from green river to find the doors locked with no sign. I called again and she was incredibly snotty stating that "yeah, the doors are locked because it's our lunch hour". I wished she would have said how late will you be? Or do you know we close at 11:54 for lunch? When I told her I guess we would just leave she didn't offer to reschedule us or work us in. I'm sorry that we threatened to interrupt your baloney sandwich. It's a pitty because I did like Dr. Jones but I wont be supporting a buisness who hires such rude and inconsiderate employees. Especially with attitudes like that the week before Christmas.
Dr. Jones is incredible! He made sure my kiddo felt safe and understood her procedure. His bedside manner is remarkable. I couldn't recommend him more!
This dentists office went above and beyond expectations. The staff were all very friendly and they got us in very quickly and efficiently. After a phone call about a dental emergency they immediately reacted and started treating my child and got us in the next day. Wonderful experience overall with this dentist
Let me start off by saying I love Dr Jones. He's great with my kids, explains things to us in a way both my child and I understand. He's kind and patient and understanding. The dental hygienists are also very friendly and helpful. This would be a 5 star review if it weren't for one thing. The office size. The waiting room is very narrow with limited seating, if my family of 6 comes, we actually take up half the seats. There are a handful of toys to play with but for very young children. My children ranging from 6-16 were bored and felt like we couldn't move. Also the exam rooms. Only a few of them have places to sit. Yesterday I had to stand in the room with 2 of my kids, while the 3rd got their exam. So I do love the staff, but am strongly considering going somewhere Else next time, just on comfort level alone.
