I have been in the dental field for 42 years and today I had the privilege of being a patient of Christman’s. He is by far the most, kind, caring and.meticulous professional I have seen in years. He helped me out on the day before Thanksgiving when the office was closed. I walked in missing a front tooth and walked out with an implant and tooth in place! I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of periodontal or implant procedures. He is five stars in my book!!!
Nine years ago I moved to Lancaster and, being no stranger to dentistry, I set out to find a reputable Periodontist to continue my care. While checking health grades, reviews and background/education, I noticed Dr. Christman is a Navy Veteran. I was thrilled, knowing that during my 25 years of active duty Naval service I had the best trained Dentists, Endodontists and Periodontists whether on land or sea. Rather than extraction, there was nothing they wouldn't do to save a tooth. Dr. Christman maintains that mindset. His expertise is evident, and he takes his time to explain every step that will transpire before, during and after a procedure and personally calls me at night, during his family time, to ensure I'm alright and not in pain. My procedures (bone grafts, implants, and other restorative treatments) were incredibly comfortable, and the results have been amazing. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and supportive. The hygienists performing my quarterly cleanings are thorough and painless and review ways to continue preventative care at home. The office recently went insurance free/out-of-network, which is becoming common in dentistry offices, but still assist with filing the necessary paperwork for my reimbursements. Once in awhile, Marsha or Amy happily intervene and handle resubmissions for me when the insurance company requests additional info. I am very happy with the results of my treatment and care under Dr. Christman, and friends/acquaintances have thanked me for referring him. I highly recommend Dr. Christman to anyone needing periodontal care.
Not only is Dr. Christman a thorough and efficient doctor, his staff is absolutely wonderful. They're very kind and informed and flexible and understanding. In addition, we pay out of pocket and his rates are very affordable. We highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a periodontist.
From scheduling to billing to receptionist they all need to be educated on how to treat people. Went in for loose tooth and the measure me the whole bill was 6500. And the pick and choose there patient I’m still waiting with a loose tooth to be extracted. And don’t no if they accepted me or not waiting almost 4 weeks and still waiting with tooth need extracted. No phone call or nothing just give me my 180. Consultation fee let your insurance settle up with you. They just took my money and go home a wait for us to call you. Still waiting Well went with aspen dentist. Christmas Periodontics just pick and choose there patient. Customer do your home work with these dentist cause if you don’t do your home work they will rip you off. and you be Shellingout unexpected money before you even find some one to help you out. Five thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎 not cool not Veteran Approved.
