Dr. Buttner and his entire staff are incredible! They are all very knowledgeable, professional and go out of their way to take care of you with pure excellence. I had three of my wisdom teeth removed here and Dr. Buttner did an outstanding job. When I got dry socket, they all provided me with care that you don't get anywhere else. I highly recommend coming here!
I was so nervous for my extraction, but I could not have wished for a better experience. The procedure was a breeze, and I am healing very well. I am certain this is because of Dr. Buttner’s expertise. He explained everything in great detail to my family and me, and has called me after hours on several occasions to go over pre-op and post-op findings, and also to check on me. He and his staff made sure I was well-prepared with thorough instructions and RX orders well in advance. Cannot praise or recommend enough. A true gem of the Duke City!
I was referred to Dr. Chris Buttner by my dentist whom I have known for years. My wisdom teeth never bothered me until about 1 year ago. As one can imagine I was not totally enthusiastic about needing the procedure done. However, that all changed when I had my initial consultation with Dr. Buttner. I could not ask for the entire process to go any smoother. Everything from the phone conversations with his staff in preparation for my extraction, to the prescriptions being filled well ahead of time as well as the day of the extractions last week, I feel I could not have been in better hands. I was promised the procedure would not be as bad as I was anticipating it to be and boy were they right! I would highly recommend Dr. Buttner and his team to anyone who is anxious about wisdom teeth extraction, or any other oral surgery needs for that matter. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for providing me with such a great experience!
I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Buttner and his staff to anyone in need of an oral surgeon. Dr Buttner is hands down, far and away the BEST, kindest, most relaxed dentist I have ever been to. He and his staff are efficient and helpful and made my experience of having to have an adult molar pulled at 20 years old go from awful to “it’s gonna be ok”. Also, his price for an extraction was super freaking reasonable and a follow-up appt to check on my healing process was free. They all truly care about the health of every patient they see and I am so grateful for that. I cannot recommend this office enough!
All staff are extremely professional and kind. Dr. Buttner always fully explains the non-implant alternatives, preoperative requirements for an implant, the actual procedure, and the after care. This is the third time I am having an implant with Dr. Buttner, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for one. On another positive note, I've always been seen on time (or even a bit earlier, if I arrive early).
