I have had an amazing experience coming to Clear Choice. My teeth look amazing, and the staff has been so professional as well as kind during each visit. They have really taken exceptional care of me throughout each process. I am so grateful to them for everything they have done for me. Its been an exceptional experience.
Disappointed in the service that I received here. This office is inconsiderate of peoples time and will have you waiting for an hour or more. Please make sure you have absolutely nothing to do for the day when booking this office. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty around waiting times and the time it takes for the actual consultation. Please choose another office and not this one. Fake pleasantry does not make up for poor time management! I hope Kai and the receptionist take this into account for future patients UPDATE Spoke with Kirsten, the office manager to tell her about my experience and she took zero accountability. Blamed the call center, blamed me for not being able to stay and wait an hour plus for her staff to see me. very deplorable Behavior. She is very argumentative and lacks basic customer service
ClearChoice – 1 West Court Square, Ste. 325, Decatur, GA 30030 From the moment I walked in for my initial visit, I was warmly welcomed by Shay, whose smile and professionalism immediately put me at ease. My consultation began with Cai, and from the moment we met, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. My smile had always affected my confidence and made conversations difficult, but Cai treated me with compassion and respect, walking me through every step of the process so that I fully understood what to expect. I then met with Dr. Luperon and Dr. Banan, who explained everything clearly and made sure I knew I was in great hands with their team. On the morning of my procedure, the surgical team and Dr. Lorraine were wonderful they carefully explained the entire process, and the anesthesiology and recovery teams provided exceptional care. A special thank you to PEP Katt, Sayge, and Kim, who took such great care of me and made sure I understood how to take care of my new smile. And last but certainly not least Dequan! What a breath of fresh air. His professionalism, kindness, and positive energy made every visit something to look forward to. He truly loves what he does, and it shows in how he treats his clients. Before coming to this ClearChoice location, I had visited another one and I can honestly say I’m so glad I made this choice. The entire team at Decatur provided exceptional service and care. I highly recommend this location 10 out of 10!
It’s been one of the best experiences of my life as an adult!!! I have had bad teeth a long time we’re three days shy of a month. As you can see from my new profile picture, I never stop smiling and I don’t even have my finals yet!!! My confidence is through the roof!!! I see it my family sees it. I feel amazing!!!! The entire team at Clear Choice And I mean the entire team from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave They are the best nicest, most professional people you could ever hope to do business with!!! They have treated me amazingly every step of the way!!!
Lord we thank you for the staff at clearchoice dental for all the hard work dedication and tender love & care. My husband just recently had his implant surgery and he’s doing amazing he said the work was comfortable fast and easy going. I wanna really just say thank yall so much for the job that was done. I really wanted to wait on this review so I can show photos of work but I promise to make this review asap. I will come back with update photos tho, thanks again. Mrs.Thomas💋
