I went to Clear Choice in Durham because of their very positive reviews. They exceeded my expectations. I had “all on four implants” for both upper and lower arches. The entire process was seamless and their progress timeline was very accurate. Choosing Clear Choice Durham was a wonderful decision. My gratitude to Dr. Bruno and the entire staff who treated me with care and kindness. And I ate my first steak in 5 years yesterday!
I had a full set of implants done and the experience from start to finish was first rate. The staff answered all my questions and took care of everything. Surgery went smoothly and when I left, I had my new teeth. Its been 3 months since surgery and I could not be happier. If you have been thinking about having this done, Clear choice is the only way to go . Also keep in mind, that the cot of the procedure has come way down .
I had the most positive experience in the ClearChoice office in Durham. I had my upper dental implant done in AZ in 2013. My family and I just recently relocated to Cary, NC when a situation occurred where I desperately needed to have my implant repaired. I called the Durham office on a Wednesday and Sarah scheduled me to come in the very next morning! All the staff I met were so welcoming, professional and helpful. By the afternoon my implant was repaired. I could not be happier about my experience at this facility.
This was a great choice on my part. I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, but I’m glad I went through with it because it was one of the best decision I’ve ever made. My experience so far with ClearChoice is beyond exceptional. My pre-surgery consult was great. The staff is excellent! Clear choice was definitely the right choice! if you’re considering dental implant, don’t think about it just do it and I promise you you won’t regret it!!!
This is the review First of all I drove 2.5 hours one way to get there, which was fine until one day I planned for 2.5 and it took 3.5 I was mortified that I would be late. It was the day that they were making my final set. I brought my dog as I was told by the receptionist that it would be ok as they would have a room for us to lounge - it wasn’t ok. A huge reaction that involved the GM ensued. The energy towards me from my dentist shifted, the smile that I was used to seeing became a grimace which made me feel quite uncomfortable. The next time I visited the office the energy was totally off. I expected that since I was receiving my final set it would be a happy moment; however, it only left a bad taste in my mouth when my dentist revisited the horrible situation from the previous visit. It was totally unprofessional. I left feeling less than appreciated as a customer. I wasn’t even offered a mirror to see the final look of my beautiful smile. For the hardware I give 5 stars, however, for the software I only award 3 stars. Do better, Durham Clear Choice
