I had a dental appointment on February 12th at 9:40 AM, and I want to recognize Hector for the outstanding care and professionalism he provided. From the moment I arrived, Hector was already waiting for me, which immediately made me feel valued and respected as a patient. I was especially impressed that I never even had to sit in the waiting room—he brought me back right away, and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Hector made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made sure I understood each step of the process. What stood out most was his attention to detail and genuine concern for my comfort. He was gentle, thorough, and highly knowledgeable, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this is rare, and Hector truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. I left feeling confident in the care I received and very appreciative of his professionalism. Hector was great as always! He is very professional and explains everything perfectly. Dr V is amazing. All the Dr’s are but he spent the most time with me. I had some personal issues necessitating additional appointments that went great!! My teeth look amazing!! I would recommend clear choice with the highest praise. Everyone is professional and really cares about the client.
I had an appointment yesterday to remove/clean my temporary full arches (top and bottom) and have impressions made for the permanent set of teeth. Hector and Dr. Alberto were terrific! Hector should be nicknamed "no pain." Plus, he was professional and friendly during my lengthy visit, which included a CT scan that confirmed the healing/etc. was going as planned. (I like Hector's choice of background music too!) He clearly knows what he's doing. As always, Dr. Alberto was great as well. He has patience, answers all my questions, and addresses all of my concerns. I am very impressed with ClearChoice and happy I selected them to replace all my teeth. I'm confident the investment will be well worth it.
Hector, Juan Alberto, Ariana …and Ashley…well actually everyone at ClearChoice Fort Lauderdale is the best!!! Everyone is patient, knowledgeable and always smiling. And the end result is something that makes me want to smile all the time.
