Getting implants at clear choice has been the best decision I have made! The people in the office are so welcoming and treate me like family. Kiara the assistant has the best attitude and vibrant personality. We always have fun when we see her in the office! The implants were life changing! I have an amazing smile beyond anything I had thought it would be like! I can actually eat WHATEVER I want now. I am no longer in pain from my bad teeth. Doctor lara and doctor O are the best doctors. They made me comfortable and did amazing work. Anything I wanted done they did or anything I wasn't sure about they fixed. I highly recommend clear choice to someone looking for implants. The experience here has been great from beginning to end!
It’s been a long road. But Dr O and Dr Lara got me to completion. I had a great experience with all the staff Vicky was exceptionally kind .courteous and professional. The Gm Jose was also very polite and a pleasure to work with. The front desk Kierra. is always very kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to be sure you’re completely satisfied. I would recommend this practice and the staff to anyone in need of these services. I checked all the implant centers. This was by far the best. Thanks to all of u at clear choice. !
This place is fantastic and everyone was very professional. From the time I started my treatment until final delivery, I have been very pleased. This has been life changing and I'm so glad I chose clear choice Richmond for my implant journey. I would definitely recommend clear choice to anyone looking to have an awesome smile! My experience being with clear choice was absolutely the greatest. From my first day, throughout my entire treatment process. I will recommend them to anyone looking to improve their dental structure. I had 5 implants placed and I never felt any pain from the beginning of the procedures to the final day of my installation. Brittany was my assistant from day one. She is the best. Very knowledgeable about implants and the process as well to letting you know what to expect on each visit. I felt like I was hanging out with friends each visit. Thanks to all that helped me like my smile again. You guys are the best. CLEAR CHOICE IS THE PLACE TO GO GOR ALL YOUR IMPLANT NEEDS.
First I will start on a positive note. The staff were very polite and helpful and made the process seem easy. Unfortunately life happens and I was unable to get the procedure done. I went through Care credit to get financing as that was the company they offer. I went with the no interest plan, so I thought. I received information from Synchrony bank owing 32.99% interest on my loan. First payment due… This is where my experience took a drastic turn. As I said early life happens and I wasn’t able to get the procedure. So I called Clear choice to help resolve this issue in which I have been dealing with for almost a month. I had to file a dispute with Care credit so I wouldn’t be liable for not paying. My experience has been awful and extremely frustrating to say the least. I can’t understand how a company can charge without the procedure done. I was told the procedure would have been done prior to making my first payment. Again life happens, things change not to mention the interest rate I was being charged. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER………
