So, I have referred probably 6 people to different clear choices. My brother was in Columbus, Ohio great staff and care. Columbia ,SC best friend another good experience. Greenville, SC brought a person I take care of Allan, nothing close to the experience of the others. I then took one of my best friends to Fortmill office great experience with staff and doctors. Next brought my husband to Greenville , SC again not a good experience appointments canceled do to them being behind. Then they tell us a time and they are 1-3 hours behind. This is an hour drive for us. If you have an emergency forget it. The girl at the front desk it phenomenal dealing with all the chaos. I would say skip Greenville and go to Fortmill. So after there response I called the said number the next day. So far I'm still waiting on them to call me back.
I recently had an issue with my full mouth replacement that was completed in Florida. I was directed to the Greenville location since I've moved. Apparently I got the royalty 👑 treatment. I was blown away by the absolute care and professionalism of the staff. Still smiling like a proud American. Thanks ClearChoice for great service after the sale.
I had s pin added to my pop-ins last Friday at the Greenville office. Ms. Merideth, Serra and Dr. Linder from start to finish were very welcoming, listening, kind and professional. A topical was applied, 2 shots that I know of, ZERO PAIN, the pin was drilled in, installed, secured with x-rays for placement in about 30-45 minutes. Highly, Highly recommend folks and definitely Veteran approved 🤙😎🇺🇲
Went in the office knowing I’m going to get help but unfortunately the don’t take insurance Zach definitely gave me options and lead me in the right direction thanks for the calm experience and not letting me feel like a number definitely appreciate the experience office super clean and calm and offers coffee and water at your leisure. Thanks again Zach .. 🥰
Wouldn't say it was the worst experience, however I will say that it is not as advertised. My wife is currently a patient, we took out a loan to have a procedure done. We were assured everything was done in house and every aspect would be done at the location. This was an out right lie. For the amount of money we paid for the procedure and services, we expected more. Dentures are not made in house, and they can't adjust them in house either. So now my wife has to walk around with a $25,000 set of dentures that are too big for her mouth for the foreseeable future, until they can get different ones in from a manufacturer. Just disappointed that we spent that amount of money for the same treatment and results as a cheaper company. Not saying don't use the company, but I would definitely explore my options if I had been told the truth from the start.
