When I came to Clear Choice I was extremely hesitant about getting Implants done but the entire process was explained to me very well and the entire staff made sure that they took complete care of me. I do want to give a special shout out to Madison and Grant. They were both extremely knowledgeable and I felt at ease while they assisted me. Thank you to surgeon and the Doctors who helped me during and after the procedure. Thank you to lovely help desk staff as well who were able to get me into the building for a consultation ASAP. While this may be expensive, it was worth every penny. I love my new smile and anyone who decides to use this method will love it too
This is a review of the service I got over past 9 months ,I’m very satisfied with the staff they are friendly. Make you feel comfortable during the teeth extractions ,Answer all questions and concerns , I got same day dentures the process to get my permanent dentures took 9 months )usually only take 6 months ) they X-ray at 6 month post extraction to make sure your healed before making your permanent dentures mine wasn’t healed I had wait additional 3 months I’m very happy with the results the permanent dentures fit perfect a lot better than I ever expected.I definitely recommend them
I put 5 stars so that it would show up on the reviews. So far my experience has been pretty bad. I’ve been lied to and have had excuse after excuse for why I haven’t had my implants put in. I should have gotten them almost 3 months ago.! They pulled my front 4 bottom teeth out and I had a bone craft. After the 90 day healing process I was told to come in to get my implants. The day before my appointment they rescheduled on me saying my teeth wasn’t ready yet. Then I got called again day before my second attempt to get my teeth saying they were on the way but they didn’t have a tracking number so they rescheduled me again. Then they call me again saying they couldn’t get ahold of the lab to find out if my teeth were done or not and this is weeks after they said they were on the way. About 2 or 3 weeks after that they call me and tell me they got ahold of the lab but the lab had not made my teeth because they had to order special stuff to make my teeth. I’m getting lied to and I’m paying a lot of money for teeth I should have had 3 months ago! I tried to report this to the better business bureau but of course they aren’t listed on there to make a complaint. It’s been hell for me so far. So I’d do some research before giving them a dime. At this point I’m getting scared that I’m being scammed or something. They said yes I should of had my teeth by now and they’re sorry but they’re not sorry. They don’t care.
The process was fine, but whenever it came to getting my final teeth I showed up for my appointment (that I had an appointment card for) and they said the appointment was never made. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks for my finals because they can’t get me in. I don’t know if they are just in over their head and scheduling too many people at a time or what but I would definitely go somewhere else if you want consistency
This place is amazing, for my first visit to my final completion , I have been amazed. After visiting several dentist and getting the runaround on pricing , clear choice erased all my worries and concerns. The detail that they have put into my treatment amazes me. For the first time in my life , I can smile be proud of my smile and carry on conversations without trying to disguise my appearance. Amazing this place is just totally amazing. I'm not one who typically will leave a five star review, but in this case they deserve six stars. Again , thank you to all the staff and god bless
