Clear Choice Implants was the best investment I have done for myself!!! The staff were warmly welcoming every time! When my temporary broke, they got me in asap. No charge. When my I needed a little adjustments there was no argument. I felt like my, customer satisfaction, was very important to them. Well I am very satisfied with my smile and my quality of life has changed for the better!! Thank you Clear Choice on Tatum in Phoenix for getting my smile back and relieving me of my misery! I can eat what I want, when I want, and where I want!!!
I was excited when I found a solution for a missing tooth, but from the first visit with the consultation woman she proceeded to belittle me, and seemed to have zero compassion. This being one of their core values. I also felt extremely pressured to sign on the dotted line and immediately pay. The oral surgeon was great. I was told 6 weeks max for the final tooth. This ended up taking over two months because of office staffing issues. Apparently no one could be bothered to call me to schedule putting in the implant, until I called myself. I would say for the price I paid for the entire thing, the service I received was mediocre at best. I will never go back to this place as I expect better treatment. And shame on their consultation person.
Me and my significant other came to this dental office to get a routine cleaning done within the same week for both of us. Our dental assistant if I remeber her name it was karisa. She was very polite and very respectful. She answered all of our questions we had. The doc was also great. This was an amazing place to go we will be back our mouths weren't abused and sore after besides the normal feeling. Thank you
I love this place. From the 1st consultation to the final fit. Everything was to plan. The whole staff was wonderful. The process, for me, 5 months, was long but worth it in the end. I wanted the permanents faster than they got here. But I knew the wait would be worth it. If you are really thinking of getting implants, ClearChoice is the best. Thank you for getting me to smile again.
Don't believe these reviews. Their staff and dentist change every 2 years. They lie on paperwork go through with changes without your consent or your signature. There are many other implant centers who are cheaper near by. They have many people touching your implants who are not qualified to do so. If you decide to trust them take the cash deal 20,000 until they get your zirconia teeth ready then do the other 20,000 and pay the rest in a year with no interest. They are way too expensive with less then perfect work. Please do your homework just because they have million commercials doesn't make them professional. Please take a look at yelp. Many complaints about teeth clanking and unfinished work. I feel Google tries to protect big companies like this because they make money off them. Hopefully this review stays up. This place will over charge you and cut corners to save money. They care nothing about you nor the treatment they promise. Record everything because they are committing fraud and will take you for your money and dignity. I'm only talking about my experience in Phoenix. I never received bite guards, they made teeth I never approved. They promise you the world until they get their money. No one should touch your implants but a DDS. NO ONE. Please keep this in mind. Also you shouldn't hear your teeth clanking that everyone is staring at you wondering why your teeth are making that noise. There's a reason why they aren't apart of BBB. Please look at yelp. Their ratings at 2.7. Not this insane rating of 4.7.
