Dr. Gaydaychuk has been my dentist for the past six months, and my experience has been excellent. He worked on a tooth that had prior root canal treatment and truly made me feel heard while addressing the issue effectively. He is professional, efficient, and thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone with dental concerns. Five stars
I went in a few months ago to have a crown fixed, the crown fell two times and there’s absolutely no attention to detail or doctors with experience at this facility. There’s literally one doctor, one supervisor, several college graduates who are actually the ones working on your teeth, hence the name of the facility ends with “institute” so all the fresh graduates go there to get a certificate and mess up everyone’s teeth. Read the reviews, don’t come here unless you want to have inexperienced graduates work on your teeth, drop a needle from your mouth into their hand by accident possibly leading to disease transmission and then blaming you for it, they’ll take your money, leave you with immense pain, and care less about whether the job was done right or not, if this sounds good to you then you’re in the right place. I wouldn’t go there again even if they paid me to go. Horrible customer service and overall worst care possible. Just go to any other place other than an “institute” if you want my honest opinion. They’ll treat you with respect and care and won’t rob you out of your hard earned money.
Came here for new patient exam, staff was super short with me, because I was NOT told to take out my earrings and lip piercing prior to the appointment for xrays. We did them anyways with them in. Then two dentists came in to examine my mouth and told me all of my molars had to be removed they would NOT do any other work on me until I pulled them. I told them what was I supposed to do afterwards? I wouldnt be able to eat anymore. They said that wasnt they're problem. I felt pretty bad about myself after leaving, staff wasn't friendly and acted like you were a inconvenience on their day. I went to a second dentist for a second opinion, boy what a difference on what they said. No my molars dont have to be pulled they all can be saved. Seems like a money hungry business, which is wild considering my insurance paid for crowns, ect. I wouldn't go here. 👎👎
This was my first time at this location, and the entire dental staff I worked with in the back were phenomenal. I truly appreciate that the office accepts emergency walk-ins. It was incredibly convenient to receive same-day treatment instead of having to wait months in pain.
I appreciate Cleveland Dental they get me in and get the job done and they have amazing staff. They’re always very warm and welcoming. I really appreciate the hospitality and the dentist/doctors are amazing. I really appreciate Ms. Jennie She is so amazing. She makes me feel very comfortable and she talks and she actually listens and I can appreciate that. I will definitely miss her when she is gone. I really glad that we have great assistance. Great front desk workers who seem to be full of life thank you so much Cleveland Dental. My smile is better. I’m feeling better looking better Laughing a lot more.
