Visiting the dentist has always caused me significant anxiety, but this team has completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walk in, Rachel the receptionist is so pleasant and welcoming. Her cheerful demeanor immediately puts me at ease. Dr. Capone is simply the best. She has such a warm, welcoming approach that eased all my worries right away. She has this truly nourishing quality about her; you feel like she is metaphorically holding your hand through the entire procedure, even as she is expertly doing all the work. Her ability to help manage my anxiety was remarkable, and I felt comfortable and cared for during every visit. I love her! Mary, her assistant, is just as amazing. She is such a fun, loving, caring, and comforting person to be around. Her positive energy makes the appointment enjoyable. When we finished up, she called us the "dream team," and I can honestly say we definitely were! Thank you all for being so comforting, professional, and genuinely kind. I had a great experience at the dentist today. The staff were all incredible and very helpful. The doctor who cleaned my teeth was extremely gentle and gave me useful tips throughout the visit, which I really appreciated. The front desk, especially Ms. Rachel, was very kind and welcoming. As someone with a bit of mysophobia and high concern about germs, I really appreciated how clean and well-sanitized everything was. I’m glad I found this office and plan to make it my permanent dentist. Thank you for the excellent service today—I look forward to my next visit!👏🏽😌
I had an amazing experience with Debbie (hygienist). As a nervous patient, she made me feel so at ease. I’m thankful to have met her and i look forward to future visits with her. Everyone is so kind and welcoming at this office. Dr. Shahmedhi is truly a God send for me. I’m so thankful to be one of his patients. He’s very honest, and such a kind soul. An office full of gems. I’m a newbie here but was referred by a close friend—from my very first initial appointment Dr. Capone jumped right in reassuring me and making me feel comfortable with her as well as confident that she’ll take care of me. Her gentle nature makes all the work I’ve needed feel like a breeze so far. Rachel at the front is so personable and kind she makes scheduling and payments easy and stress free. I have a couple more visits in my treatment but I think I’ve found my new “home”. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist office where they can become a part of a family. The office is clean and organized; the vibe seems family oriented as well very positive and upbeat.
