I was very pleased with my experience. The office staff were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The office spaces, waiting room all areas were immaculate and made me feel comfortable. Very modern and attractive. There were plenty of parking spaces. Anita with whom I met first for medical information and history was thorough professional, good natured and reassuring. Dr Khoury could not have been better. I never felt rushed. She explained everything in detail. I was pleased with her presentation. She was detail oriented, knowledgeable and personable. She made attempts to set up the next appointment as soon as possible, which was scheduled. I would highly recommend this practice.
I recently had the best experience and dental care at CNY Periodontics and Implants, and I highly recommend their services. It's a great experience from the first appointment to the procedure. Receptionists are welcoming and patient with questions. Dr Rashidi is very kind,and patiently explains every detail of options,and procedures. His assistant,Alexis I believe her name is,was great too. Surgery went easy yesterday,and I'll assume follow up,and results will be good as well.
Dr. Rashidi is the absolute best! Never any pain, never feel a thing and his personality is so comforting, personable and funny in just the right way. Hard to not be able to laugh. His team and the entire practice are the best around! Have no fear! You'll be in the best possible hands!
I have been a patient of this practice for the last 15 years. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I recently starting seeing Danielle as my hygienist and her patience, warmth and care are so appreciated. Dr. Rashidi has been great; he is versed in all the latest dental techniques and really cares about his patients (as well as having a great sense of humor). I would highly recommend this practice.
